Two big investors set foot in the so called "Athenian Riviera" beachfront

Municipality of Vari, Voula, Vouliagmeni in southern Attika had put up in auction 2 extended areas in Voula's beachfront.

Athens Beach Club S.A. investment company and Tanweer Alliances, a film and television distribution company, have been both declared successful bidders in the tender to develop and reform the beachfront of Voula, a southern suburb of Attika.

 

It is noted that Athens Beach Club is a TEMES Group subsidiary and closely related with Nausika S.A.-major shareholder of Grivalia REIC.

Until very recently the Municipality of Vari, Voula, Vouliagmeni in southern Attika had put up in auction 2 extended areas in Voula's beachfront.

The auction was successfully conlcuded resulting in two major investors setting foot in the so called Athenian Riviera.

Both have been committed to redevelop and deploy extedned investments in the area which are estimated to reach a total of €7.000.000.

According to the proceeds and following the successful conclusion of the tender Athens Beach Club S.A. will sublease 3 parts (zones 1,2 and 3) of "Akti B Voulas".

Both zones 1 and 2 in "Akti A Voulas" will be subleased jointly by both Athens Beach and its counterpart in the tender, Tanweer Alliances.
