The merger of Kaican – Resolute IKE was completed.

The transaction amounted to EUR 425 thousand and has been financed by Noval Property’s own funds.

Noval Property recorded rental income of EUR 13.8 million compared to EUR 12.2 million in H1 2022.

Earlier today the company's Board of Directors accepted the offer.
