The Retail Park is located at 54 Piraeus Street, in Neo Faliro and covers an area of 14,895 sq.m.

The company had acquired 80% of the building in Maroussi in 2018.

The total annual revenue is expected to amount to €640K with 20-year period lease contracts.

The Bond Loan will be fully covered by Eurobank S.A.

A preliminary lease agreement for 20 years closed period has been signed.

The acquisition price amounted to €28.6 million and was funded by a combination of bank debt to “THE GRID SA” from Piraeus Bank and equity.

Dividend payment will commence on Monday, 20th December, 2021.
