Alpha Bank inked the first ever Greece 2.0-NRRF financed loan to a hotel project in Serifos

Spyridakos Group IKE s expected to acquire building facilities and hotel equipment though a €1.127 million total investment.

The first loan that was granted to a small business in Greece utilising the available financing from the Greece 2.0 – National Recovery and Resilience Plan has been disbursed by Alpha Bank. The bank has been commited to actually support the National Recovery and Resilience Plan "Greece 2.0" and has confirmed its leading role in the business lending sector.

The €0.9 million loan to the Spyridakos Group IKE is expected to support the firm's investment plan to acquire building facilities and hotel equipment in Serifos. The company is also planning to energy upgrade the hotel complex by linking the premises in net metering grid and purchase an electric vehicle to transport guests to and from the hotel.

The total investment is estimated at c.€1.127 million and will financed by 50% from the Recovery and Resilience Fund (€563.7 thousand), by 30% by Alpha Bank (€338.2 thousand), and the rest 20% will be covered through equity.
