The AVAX Group was honored with a significant distinction in recognition of its ongoing commitment to human capital and the promotion of equal opportunities in the workplace.

As part of the "DYPA Business Partners Awards," the Public Employment Service (DYPA) presented AVAX with the "Best Match Award" for its efforts in recruiting people with disabilities (PWDs) through the Career Days event in Athens.

The award, presented by the Minister of Labor and Social Security, Niki Kerameos, was received by Katerina Mantzorou, Chief Human Resources Officer of the AVAX Group, at a special ceremony held at Zappeio Megaro.

In her remarks, Mrs. Mantzorou expressed her gratitude for the honorary recognition and highlighted the commitment of AVAX's management and human resources team to continuous and systematic investment in human capital, which is seen as a key driver of the Group's development. She also emphasized the highly effective collaboration between AVAX and DYPA, underscoring the valuable partnership with the director of DYPA, Spyros.
