Asphalting works underway on the Nikaia-Halki road axis

Asphalting works are underway in sections of a total length of 1.5 kilometers on the Nikaia-Halki road axis and in a section related to access to the bridge that passes over PATHE. In addition, an existing fault was restored in the section from the bridge to Halki, in a length of 50 meters.

The projects are financed by the Public Investment Program of the Region of Thessaly, in the context of an integrated plan that includes road rehabilitation, cleaning of supports and construction of techniques on roads of the Municipality of Kilelere where problems are observed.

In the previous period, the maintenance and improvement of the Larissa-Farsalon road was completed, which was asphalted in a length of 2 kilometers from the entrance to the exit of the settlement of Nikaia.

In the Municipality of Killeler, the Region of Thessaly has completed and has in progress road safety projects with a total budget of 2.2 million euros: improvement of the Regional road in Killeler for a length of 2 kilometers, improvement of the road connecting Killeler with Neo Perivoli for a length of 1 kilometer and of the roads that connect the settlements of Melia and Anagennisi with the old national road of Larissa-Volos in a total length of 1.5 kilometers.
