Attica Bank Partners with Resolute, Ask Wire, and Volton for the "My Home II" Program

With the support of Resolute Cepal Greece, Ask Wire, and Volton, Attica Bank is working to revolutionize the mortgage product model.

In the context of the "My Home II" program, the management of Attica Bank has presented a comprehensive proposal that supports customers at every stage of the housing process, from finding the right property to its completion and management.

As part of the "My Home II" program, Attica Bank offers its customers:

  • A low, competitive interest rate.
  • Free technical and energy inspection fees, including a macroscopic static inspection and energy upgrade proposals, supported by the experienced engineers of TMEDE through its subsidiary ATTICABANK PROPERTIES.
  • Free legal check fees.
  • Fast loan application evaluation and disbursement process, with funding proposals for energy upgrades.
  • In collaboration with Ask Wire, Attica Bank offers a specialized platform for targeted property availability checks. This platform, which also operates in Cyprus and Romania, collaborates with a broad network of brokers and provides customized search options based on program eligibility criteria, offering access to over 22,000 available properties in the market.
  • Through its collaboration with Resolute Cepal Greece, Attica Bank offers clients access to properties available through this company as part of the "My Home II" program. Around 780 properties have been selected through Resolute Cepal Greece, of which 150 are immediately transferable (settled). Of these 780 properties, 508 are located in Athens and Thessaloniki.
  • Special discounted rates on electricity and/or natural gas programs from Volton Hellenic Energy. Customers will receive an additional €50 discount per year for each utility service for the entire duration of the loan repayment.

Additionally, Attica Bank provides specialized advisory services through the well-trained staff at its branch network, offering personalized assistance via the "Your Attica" service with extended hours, without the need for an appointment, ensuring full support for loan applications.

During the presentation, Attica Bank’s CEO, Eleni Vrettou, emphasized: "Housing is an issue that concerns a significant portion of Greek society. Based on this, we have designed a program that supports beneficiaries at every step of the process, offering access to additional services, all with fast procedures through our expanded branch network, without appointments, always focused on providing the best customer service."

Stelios Iliadis, General Manager of Retail Banking and Wealth Management at Attica Bank, added: "Attica Bank places great emphasis on providing the best loan solution for both 'My Home II' and housing loans in general, regardless of age, with an integrated approach to energy upgrades, backed by trained professionals, no appointments required at our branches, and specialized products and services."

During the presentation, the benefits of Attica Bank’s comprehensive proposal and how customers benefit from the participation of the involved organizations and companies were discussed by Kostas Makedos, President of TMEDE; Pavlos Loizou, CEO of Ask Wire; Konstantinos Dilaras, CEO of Resolute Cepal Greece; and Dionysis Tritos, Managing Director and Board Member of Volton Hellenic Energy S.A.

The "My Home II" program, managed by the Hellenic Development Bank, is part of the Recovery and Resilience Fund Loan Program, funded by the European Union - NextGenerationEU.

The total budget for the "My Home II" program amounts to €2 billion, with a maximum loan amount of €190,000, and a zero-interest rate for 50% of the loan’s capital funded by the program. The program targets individuals aged 25 to 50 who do not own another property suitable for residence, with an annual income between €10,000 and €20,000 for singles, €28,000 for married or cohabiting couples, with an additional €4,000 per child, and €31,000 for single-parent families, with an additional €5,000 for each child beyond the first.
