BLE KEDROS REIC clarifies the changes in its shareholding post offer

The REIC's two mojority shareholders todate hold 90% stake in the REIC.

BLE KEDROS REIC in an official address to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission has offered further clarifications for its main shareholders as well as the distribution of the company's profits.

It is noted that following the completion of the Public Offering the main shareholders of the company -Mr. Pavlos Eumorphides and Michael Eumorphides- will hold 32,400,000 shares, the percentage corresponding to their share reaches at 75% of the company. 

The two shareholders todate hold 90% stake in the REIC.
