Blé Kedros REIC declares intention to appeal for the fines due to the Greek state
Blé Kedros REIC confirms appeal before the competent authorities and courts in an announcement to the Athens Stock Exchange regarding the construction fine of €4,717,857.80 and the maintenance fine of €2,358,928.90 for its five star hotel Faliro Street.
According to the company's announcement, "it will appeal to the competent authorities and courts against the above administrative act in order to defend its legal interests and will make a further announcement to the investing public depending on the developments on the matter".
In fact, it should be noted that he has already appealed before the Council of State for the annulment of the decision of the Minister of Culture (116714/79457/2446/1259/22.7.2020) and the relevant case is pending for discussion at the Council of State (see the same sections above of the Newsletter).
The Company is alert regarding the possible effects on its activity from the above developments, which, however, are dependent on the outcome of the remedies it has exercised and those it intends to exercise before the administrative and judicial authorities in the next period and in the future , including the claim for compensation in the event that it wanted to suffer damage from the actions of the authorities involved.
