Borrowers of the "My Home" program can now submit their pending applications to the Hellenic Land Registry electronically, using the DYPA platform.

The platform has been launched to serve beneficiaries more efficiently and quickly, ensuring that loan disbursement times for their desired property are respected.

The platform has been implemented after DYPA and the "Hellenic Land Registry" signed a memorandum of cooperation, with the support of Ministers Sofia Zaharakis and Dimitris Papastergiou, as well as Deputy Minister Constantinos Kyranakis. The platform enables borrowers to register and track their open applications directly with the country's cadastral offices.

The procedure

Prospective borrowers who have submitted an application to a land office in the context of "Spiti my" program can declare the details of their applications to the Greek Land Registry. This will enable their applications to be processed within the program's time limits.

To use the platform, borrowers need to follow these steps:

- Fill in their personal passwords on Taxisnet.

- Choose whether it is an application for the registration of a registrable deed and transfer of ownership or for the registration of an encumbrance.

- Fill in the protocol number of their application in the Land Registry, the year of submission, and the land office of the country where they submitted it.

Through the platform, borrowers will be able to monitor the completion of the above declarations and applications.
