The presidential decree was published in the Government Gazette approving the urban planning study for the extension of the approved urban development plan of the Municipality of Chalandri in the areas "Zone Doukissis Plakentia - Pefko Politis"

In the relevant Presidential Decree, the approved street plan of the same municipality is revised and amended, the local street plan in the area of the National Mint is amended, and construction conditions, land uses and land and money contributions for the properties included in the city plan are determined.

Specifically, the following areas are comprised:

a) the zone on either side of the imaginary axis from the National Mint station to the Doukissis Plakentias metro station and

b) the zone around the cemetery. In particular, a 50m wide zone remains as urban green space. around the cemetery and part of the 250m zone is used as a pure residence. The area west of the cemetery is defined as a Zone of low and medium nuisance productive activities in order to maintain and legalize the operation of the existing marble shops which until now have been operating without the possibility of legal licensing.

They are defined as areas using Free Spaces - Urban Green:

a) the Recreation Park of Attica Odos and

b) the Perimeter Zone 50m. around the cemetery of Chalandrio.

The minimum area and face limits, as well as the other building conditions and restrictions of the plots of the area, whose plan is approved, are determined as follows:

building factor: 0.8.

maximum plot coverage: 50%

other building conditions: in accordance with the provisions of Law 4067/2012.

Plots with a minimum face of 10 meters and a minimum area of 250 sq.m. are considered even and buildable. It is forbidden to divide the properties into an area of less than 600 sq.m.

By way of derogation, plots of land that, on 07.07.1983, have a minimum face of 10 meters and a minimum area of 150 sq.m. are considered even and buildable.
