Alpha Services & Holdings announced, pursuant to the provisions of L.3556/2007 and following relevant notification on 11.07.2022, of The Capital Group Companies, Inc., that as of July 8th, 2022, the latter holds indirectly (through Capital Research and Management Company) 104,737,156 voting rights that correspond to below 5% of the total voting rights of the Company.
