The company emerged as the successful bidder in this auction, acquiring two plots for approximately 1.7 million euros. The two adjacent properties are even and buildable and are located within the approved street plan of the Municipality of Metamorfoseos, Attica.
The company estimates that the plots to be acquired can either be the basis for the construction of modern professional prime facilities, or be put up for sale with significant capital gains.
This investment operation is in line with the expressed desire of the Centric Holdings Group to expand its activities in the field of real estate management and is another move to strengthen this sector.
It is been recalled that in the portfolio of the company through auction recently passed the Tax Office of foreign residents which emerged as a bidder offering for the 6-storey building the amount of € 1.9 million.
