The begining of applications for apartment buildings that has been scheduled for 21/3/2022 was postponed to a new date, according to an amendment to the Implementation Guide of the program that will be published in the Government Gazette until April 4.
It is reminded that for the apartment buildings in the new "I save" a bonus + 10% is provided in the provided subsidy percentage.
In order to apply for an Apartment Building, the apartment building must have a valid tax registration number (VAT) of "apartment building management".
Following a decision of the general assembly, a relevant application is submitted by the representative of the owners, as well as individual applications from each of the apartment owners who wish to join the Program.
An Energy Performance Certificate is submitted for the whole part of the building that is used as a residence, accompanied by the Proposal for Interventions.
The owners of apartments that are not comprised or do not want to participate in the program participate in the implementation of the interventions that have been declared in the Decision of the General Assembly of the Apartment Building with own funds.
