According to the company the shared ownership of the commercial property "Calle Colón 11" – from the basement to the first floor – was sold for €29.75 million. The buyer is Mutualidad de la Abogacía, a non-profit insurance company for lawyers and engineers in Spain.
The world-renowned Zara group has long been using the facilities, which offer approximately 1,790 sq.m of leasable area. The building, renovated in 2024, stands out for its privileged corner location. It is located in the city center, on the famous "Calle de Colón", one of the most important commercial streets and a central commercial and business district.
The company was advised on the transaction by Savills, with legal advice from Cuatrecasas and Verificación Documental.
