Alpha Astika Akinita will be responsible for the portfolio's management. It's been reminded that Alpha Astika Akinita has recently announced the integration of the property management service activity of Alpha Real Estate Management and Investments, as part of its general transformation process.
The criteria that will highlight the final winner are the price for the portfolio, which should exceed €450 million, the duration of the management contract, which seems to range from five to seven years, while the determining factor is the assessment of the cooperation between the prospective investor and the bank (loan).
Alpha Bank's intention with regard to the shareholding structure is to maintain a minority stake in the Consortium.
The portfolio comprises 573 reclaimed and owner-occupied properties of the group, namely:
50 prime properties, with a total estimated value of approximately €280 million.
320 properties with a total estimated value of approximately €180 million, which require renovation/upgrading work in order to be re-brandedfor the same or another use.
205 apartments, worth approximately €75 million, which are available for sale.

Η Alpha Bank με την αρωγή των χρηματοοικονομικών και νομικών της συμβούλων, θα εισέλθει σε διαδικασία διαπραγματεύσεων με την Kοινοπραξία, με στόχο την οριστικοποίηση της συμφωνίας για τη Συναλλαγή Skyline εντός του γ’ τριμήνου του τρέχοντος έτους και, σύμφωνα με την κείμενη νομοθεσία και τις πολιτικές της, θα ενημερώσει εγκαίρως το επενδυτικό κοινό για το αποτέλεσμα αυτών".
