The Ministry of Development has approved the inclusion in the national development law Dolphin Capital Investors' investment in Argolis. The investment envisages the creation of an 18-hole golf course on a total area of 869 acres as part of the large tourist investment Kilada Hills Golf Resort, in an area near Porto Heli of Argolis.

The golf course facility is designed by the company of the famous golfer Jack Nicklaus.

In particular, it was decided to grant the investment plan of the company "MINDCOMPASS OVERSEAS A.E." total eligible expenditure of €18,983,322.34 with the amount of €5,979,746.54.

In addition to the sports center and golf course, the overall planning envisages the construction of an integrated holiday and tourist village with holiday homes for sale, a five-star hotel with a capacity of 300 beds and a spa, accompanying infrastructure projects on a total area of 2,079 acres.

It is worth noting that Kilada Hills is part of Dolphin's investments in the wider region, as in August 2012 the operation of the 5-star Amanzoe hotel complex near Kranidi began, while the luxurious Nikki Beach Resort & Spa in Porto has been operating since August 2014 Eel.
