e-EFKA continues to exploit its real estate portfolio, having two tenders open while preparing three more properties in the center of Athens to be auctioned as well.
Tender for the long term lease of Katakouzinou 3 based residence
The tender for the specific property concerns the long-term lease of 30 years with the possibility of a 10-year extension with the execution of repair and renovation works of the property of a minimum amount of €470,000 before VAT with the aim of "operating it as a hotel or tourist accommodation".
The preserved building is located on Katakouzinou Street 3 and has a total surface area of 246 sq.m.
To participate in the competition, a guarantee letter of €2,000 is required
Letter of guarantee of good performance of the contract: two annual rents
Guarantee letter for the implementation of an investment program: €30,000

On September, 14, those interested should submit their bids for the tender for the lease of a plot of land at 7 M. Kotopoulis and 13 Satovriandou Streets, for the construction of an office-shop building
An investment Program is required from the Lessee of a minimum amount of €4,100,000 before VAT, which includes the cost of construction, studies, permits and supervision
The duration of the lease is 35 years, with the right to extend by 10 years
Three more properties are being prepared to be auctioned soon
The three properties are located at 4-4A Zenonos, 14 Mamouri and 28 Stadiou streets in Athens.
e-EFKA is preparing three other properties in the center of Athens and invites interested parties to submit their bids for the provision of rental value assessment services - property utilization study.
On 4-4A Zenonos street in the area of Omonia in Athens there is an 8-storey building, with a total built-up area of 2,218.12 square meters and the proposal will concern the estimation of the cost of renovating the building for the purpose of its use and operation as a hotel unit, except for of leased shops as well as the calculation of the monthly rent and the duration of the lease.
On Stadiou Street, there is the preserved five-storey office, shop and cinema building, with a total built-up area of 3,854.36 sq.m., which currently houses a commercial store (Tezenis) and a cinema (ASTOR). Two utilization proposals are requested for the property, one for the exploitation of the entire property and the second for the exploitation of the entire property except for its leased premises.
For the property (office building) at Mamouri 14, Larissa Station, with a total built-up area of 690 sq.m., the appraiser will estimate: a) the rental value of the described property in its current state, b) the cost of renovation in order to make it functional with the existing use and c) the rental value of the property as renovated.
