The two sections are served by the same staircase, but they are unequal.
The property has been classified as preserved in its entirety by the Presidential Decree of 30-06-1985 (Government Gazette 349/t. D'/19-07-1985).
The duration of the lease is 20 years, with the right to extend for a further 10 years (after a relevant mutual agreement of both parties) and the Contractor must, at his own expense, proceed with a renovation program of the building amounting to €1,500,000 including VAT, according to minimum.
The minimum monthly rent for initial bid in the tender is set at €30,000, plus stamp duty of 3.6%, which will be increased annually by a percentage equal to the increase recorded in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of the previous year, and should not be less of 1.5%. A grace period is provided for the first two years of the lease due to the implementation of the investment program.
