The Merger is expected to be completed in early September 2024, according to the current timetable, subject to all necessary corporate decisions of the competent authorities and the general meetings of both credit institutions. In any case, the timing of the Merger depends on unforeseen factors and is subject to change.
The Bank will inform investors with regards to the progress of the Merger process in the context of the implementation of the Shareholder’s Agreement dated 18.07.2024 between the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund and Thrivest Holding Ltd, as ratified by art.1 of L.5127/2024. implementation of all steps of the Shareholders' Agreement.
