The contractual fee has been set at the lump sum of 10.020.275,71€ plus VAT, while the total deadline for the completion of the contract scope has been set at twenty one (21) months from the signing of the contract, EKTER SA participates in the above Joint Venture with a percentage of 50%.
Following the signing of the above contracts, the outstanding balance of the Public and Private works executed by EKTER S.A. (either individually or through its participation in joint ventures), amounts to 131.83 million euros.
