The total purchase consideration was €2,482,849.60 and will be paid to both sellers in three installments, within two years' time.
According to the company's official statement, by acquiring "Energiakos Komvos", EKTER aims at their equity and fixed assets' enhancement, and, on the other hand, at integrating the company's deep know-how and experience in the field of hotel management. Especially in view of the development of their investment plan in Agios Ioannis Detis, located in Kolymbithres, Paros island -valued at c. €53.3 million.
The investment is scheduled to be delivered in the summer of 2025.
EKTER redesigns the Special Urban Development Plan (SDP) for the 327,844 sqm of its property in the region of Kolymbithres, in the community of Naoussa, Paros, following the Council of State's rejection. The SDP foresees the construction of a tourist complex of a five-star hotel, luxury residences, sports facilities, f&b facilities, with a total built-up area of 12,046 sqm .
The €53 million investment will be financed through a €42.6 million long-term loan, from which €21.3 million are secured by TAA resources and €21.3 million are secured by Piraeus Bank.
A remaining
20%, amounting to €10.7 million, will be covered by the company's equity.
