The relevant programming agreement was signed by the Regional Governor of Attica G. Patoulis and the Mayor of Ellinikos - Argyroupoli I. Constantatos, while present during the signing were the Deputy Regional Governor of the Southern Sector Chr. Theodoropoulos and the Regional Development Planning Director M. Miska.
