The project will be targeted to the energy upgrade of the building, which requires extensive interventions, both in the shell and in its electromechanical equipment, the announcement states.
In addition, Renewable Energy Sources and water recycling will be used, while various environmental interventions will be made, mainly to protect the neighboring forest area, but also all the facilities.
Finally, there is planned the development of new laboratory spaces inside the building and renew the scientific equipment, as well as expand the infrastructure to provide new high-tech research services.
