Specifically, the Ministry of Environment and Energy gave the "green light" to the environmental conditions of the project "Commercial Hub: Construction of a Building of Special Architectural Design for a Shopping Center, Offices and Commercial Stores, parking spaces and electro-mechanical facilities, with landscaping", on plot A- P4.17.1 of O.T. A-P4.17 of the Hellinikon - Agios Kosmas Metropolitan Pole, of the companies "Ellinikon M.A.E." and "Lamda Vouliagmenis S.M.S.A."
The "Commercial Hub", according to Lamda Development, is located on plot A-P4.17.1, which occupies an area of approximately 122 acres.
The total construction of the property will amount to 185,448 sq.m., of which the shopping center (both indoor and outdoor areas) 129,424 sq.m., the offices 27,483 sq.m. and the shops (indoor and outdoor areas) 28,540 sq.m. Coverage will be 60%.
The projected number of parking spaces amounts to 3,946.
The entrance and exit to and from Commercial Hub will be served by the main road axes of Vouliagmenis Street and Poseidonos Street, as well as from the Alimos Street road, which connects the two aforementioned avenues.
