Georgiadis Brothers' led Stenhus Fastigheter lists on the Stockholm Stock Exchange

Stenhus Fastigheter, owned by the Georgiadis brothers, who are also major shareholders with a 41.43% stake in Premia Properties, has been listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.

Stenhus Fastigheter is a Swedish real estate company with a portfolio comprising 134 properties valued at SEK 13.2 billion (€1.14 billion). The majority of these assets are located in Stockholm and consist of warehouses (53%), grocery stores (15%), public service facilities (20%), and offices (12%).

Trading commenced on December 18, 2024, without the issuance of new shares.
