In the new company GJVS PARTICIPATION S.A. Epsilon Net participates with a percentage of 40%, Aquerdo Software with a percentage of 30%, MITSIS IKE with a percentage of 20% and Panadvert with a percentage of 10%
Managing Director is Mr. Victor Matsas, President of the Board of Directors is Mr. Ioannis Michos, while Messrs. Stavros Mitsis and Yiannis Giannatos are members of the four-member Board of Directors.
