An "Urban-Planning Plan" for the five urban units of Mati, Agia Marina, Kokkino Limanaki, Skoufeika, Pefkonas, has been announced from the relevant authorities.
In addition to the urban plan, there has been unveiled adjustments of the boundary lines with projects in the watercourses of Ampeloupoli, Zouberi, N. Voutza, Pappa up to Pefkonas.
Interested owners are invited within 20 days (from Friday 5-8-2022 to be informed and submit any objections (accompanied by necessary information) either by registered mail in the protocol of each municipality, or electronically to e-mail: info@marathon.gr
