The minister did not ignore the fact that the first actions for the creation of the park started in 1981 and it took almost 50 years to find the space, grant it to ETVA and complete all the licensing procedures for its legal operation.
The Industrial Area is located in the real estate districts of Mavrodendrio and Koila of the Municipality of Kozani and has a total area of approximately 680 acres, with direct access to Egnatia Odos. The main infrastructure projects were already completed by ETBAbank in 1999, while maintenance projects and energy and telecommunication networks remain to be implemented.
ETVA VI.PE. will introduce for the first time in this new Business Park the possibility of providing innovative services to established businesses such as a broadband network (with the possibility of direct sales by ETVA VI.PE. to businesses) and site security through electronic means, and will create special financial products in collaboration with Piraeus Bank.
