Greenvolt Power, a member of the Greenvolt Group, announced the sale of four wind farms in Poland with a total installed capacity of 33.2 MW.

Enea Nowa Energia has acquired assets for a total consideration of €83.3 million. Specifically, the Skibno wind farm, which is already operational, is located in northwestern Poland with an installed capacity of 10 MW.

The other three projects, currently under construction and expected to enter commercial operation by 2026, are equipped with Vestas V110 wind turbines, one of the most advanced technologies on the market. The Zaklików wind farm, located in southeastern Poland (Subcarpathian region), has a capacity of 10 MW, while the Nowe Miasto Lubawskie and Jabłonowo Pomorskie wind farms in the northern part of the country each have a capacity of 6.6 MW.

Enea Nowa Energia, a subsidiary of the Enea Group, is one of the largest electricity suppliers in Poland, operating across the entire energy chain from generation to distribution.

Bartosz Krysta, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Enea, responsible for Commercial Affairs, stated:

“Renewable energy development is not just a strategic direction for us but a set of concrete actions we implement daily. The agreement with Greenvolt Power marks another step for Enea towards a strong, green future based on renewables. We are steadily building our renewable portfolio by investing in technologies that have a real impact on Poland’s energy security and environment.”

João Manso Neto, CEO of the Greenvolt Group, commented:

“The sale of the four wind farms once again confirms Greenvolt’s ability to execute and deliver large-scale projects, as well as our capacity to develop and economically optimize them. Last month, we completed two more transactions totaling €250 million, advancing further our strategy of asset rotation.”

In April, the Greenvolt Group announced the completion of the sale of two utility-scale projects in Poland, the Sompolno hybrid project and the Pelplin wind farm, the latter also transferred to Enea Nowa Energia.

Arkadiusz Arusztowicz, CEO of Enea Nowa Energia, added:

“In recent months, we have been working intensively on projects that strengthen our presence in large-scale renewable energy investments. Through acquisitions like this, we create real value for the Enea Group, support the country’s energy transition, and ultimately benefit our customers. I sincerely thank the entire team that contributed to the completion of this project. Through our collective effort and commitment, we can continue adding even more green energy to our portfolio.”

This investment aligns with the Enea Group’s Development Strategy until 2035, which foresees rapid growth in installed capacity from renewables. To achieve its strategic goals, the Group plans to invest nearly €107.5 billion, with the majority allocated to renewables, energy storage, and modernization of distribution networks.

The previous two transactions secured about €250 million in capital for Greenvolt. With the addition of this new €83.3 million deal, the Group further strengthens its strategy for developing and monetizing quality renewable energy projects, solidifying its role in advancing the energy transition.

Radek Nowak, CEO of Greenvolt Power, commented:

“The portfolio includes projects at different development stages. Skibno is already operational, while the other three are under construction. Zaklików and Nowe Miasto Lubawskie are expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026, while Jabłonowo Pomorskie by the end of the same year. These projects demonstrate our ability to leverage investments according to our strategy, which includes rotating 70–80% of our projects to generate returns for the Group.”

In the utility-scale sector, the Greenvolt Group has a portfolio with a total installed capacity of 13.2 GW across 18 countries, following a specific strategy of selling 70–80% of projects at Ready to Build (RtB) or Commercial Operation Date (COD) stages.

In Poland, where the Group has operated for over 18 years through the current Greenvolt Power, the utility-scale portfolio includes 731 MW of wind power, 1,878 MW of solar PV, and 2,712 MW of battery energy storage, making Greenvolt one of the leading renewable energy developers in the country and Europe.
