The aim, according to the relevant announcement, is to speed up the maturing and exploitation processes, through the exchange of know-how between the two companies, of emblematic properties of the HPPC, with an emphasis on those of particular importance for the national economy, tourism and industry.
The Memorandum was signed by the Managing Director of HRADF , Dimitris Politis and the Managing Director of HPPC, Iro Hatzigeorgiou.
The two companies will appoint a joint working group, consisting of 3 to 5 members with a commercial, technical, financial and legal background, headed by a HRADF executive. The working group will be led by the Managing Director of HPPC.
