The granting of an extension was deemed necessary following requests from interested investors, to facilitate the preparation of the submissions and to maximise competition.
The tender concerns the concession of port operation services (berthing services and other services) and the right to use, operate, manage and exploit the assets within the land and sea zone of the Argostoli Marina.
The duration of the concession is at least 35 years, while the Fund has the option to extend the duration of the concession for a maximum of 10 additional years.
