Increased revenue and profits for Alpha Astika Akinita in first six months of 2023

Alpha Astika Akinita reported improved finantial position for the first half of 2023 relative to the corresponding last year.

Specifically, according to the company's announcement in the first half of 2023, the consolidated turnover of Alpha Urban Properties amounted to €9.4 million compared to €7.1 million in the first half of 2022.

Profit after tax on a consolidated basis was €1.7m, compared to profits of €1.1m in 2022.

The listed company proceeded to "change the page" after the agreement for the Skyline project at a time when the real estate market maintains its momentum.

It is recalled that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders held on July 14, 2023 elected the new seven-member Board of Directors, which consists of:

2. Georgios Spiliopoulos, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Non-Executive Member
