Apanema Resort is a building complex that spans 1,544 sq.m., on a 2,743 sq.m. land plot and is based in Tagou area Mykonos Town that is considered to be a privileged suburb of the islandic town. Tagou is known for its close proximity to the city center and the port.
The acquisition of the hotel was made through the 100% subsidiary company "INTRA ESTATE SHOINOUSA MONOPROSPI ANONIME ETAIREIA", for a total price of 10.6 million euros.
According to INTRAKAT's plan, the full reconstruction works of the complex will begin as soon as the required studies are completed, in the short run. The new high end luxury boutique hotel will offer a special holiday experience to its guests with emphasis on high quality luxury accommodation, gastronomy and wellness.
It should be noted that Intrakat Group already operates, since the beggining of 2022, the 5-star hotel "Xenodocheio Milos" in Athens, with a capacity of 43 rooms.
