Kalyon group, part of the Real Estate platform Turkey's GYODER, presented the first plans of World Sport City during the MIPIM exhibition in Cannes.

The World Sport City (WSC), a city planned on the ocean, will become one of the most revolutionary communities in the world under the One Planet 2050 Paris Agreement.

The total area of ​​over 10 million square meters will include sports and leisure facilities while the "green" city will focus on social and environmental well-being.

Its exact location has not yet been determined, with three different countries being considered for their ability to offer more than eight months of sunshine for water sports each year.

PALMA, a Chicago-based architectural firm, took part in designing the city's master plan as well as some of the most iconic architectural landmarks, including when it is erected it will be the next tallest and smartest building in the world.
