THALIS ES S.A., which was founded by the late Vasilios Papazisis, engages in the environmental sector and more specifically in the field of circular economy. The company offers a wide range of integrated sustainable solutions in relation to solid waste treatment, water and liquid waste treatment as well as energy, other sources savings and RES utilization in infrastructure.
The completion of the transaction is subject to certain conditions precedent to be fulfilled, inter alia, its approval by the Hellenic Competition Authority.
