The composition of the new Board of Directors (Government Gazette Y.O.D.D./944/12.09.2023) is formed as follows:
Stelios Sakaretsios, Economist, expert in digital transformation issues, as the representative of the Ministry of Digital Governance, is appointed President of the Board of Directors.
Members of the Board of Directors are defined as:
Anastasios Loukas, Agronomist Topographical Engineer, as a representative of the Ministry of Digital Governance.
Michael Brustis, Economist, as representative of the Ministry of Digital Governance.
Athanasios Lipas, Topographical Engineer, as a representative of the Ministry of Digital Governance.
Ioannis Germanos, Lawyer, as representative of the Ministry of Justice.
Vassiliki Pappa, Lawyer, as representative of the Ministry of Justice.
Nikolaos Floros, Economist, as representative of the Ministry of Justice (term renewal).
The term of office of the members of the Board of Directors it is for four years and can be renewed once.
Olympia Markellou, Civil Engineer - Economist, is appointed General Manager (Government Gazette YODD/857). The General Manager is full-time and full-time.
Stelios Sakaretsios is a Graduate of the Department of Organization & Business Administration of the University of Piraeus, has expertise in IT projects, such as the analysis and design of complex software systems, and is an ardent supporter of artificial intelligence in public administration as well as in entrepreneurship.
He has worked for more than 15 years as a Business Consultant for dozens of private sector companies in digital transformation projects, while until July 2023 he was the Head of Digital Operations of the Hellenic Development Bank-HDB.
At the Hellenic Development Bank, he contributed to iconic projects such as the "Know Your Customer" platform that provides access to bank financing to thousands of businesses.
He is a member of the Greek Chamber of Commerce and is certified by Google in digital marketing technologies.
Until assuming his duties, he worked as the Director of the special office of the Deputy Minister of Digital Governance, Mr. Konstantinos Kyranakis.
Olympia Markellou is a Civil Engineer – Economist, member of TEE and OEE. He holds a master's degree in Business Administration - Total Quality Management (MBA-TQM), a master's degree in Technical Project Management and a master's degree in Real Estate Investment and Development.
From 2002 he worked at Attiko Metro SA. as an Engineer and since 2012 as Head of Management Systems of the company.
From 2019 until June 2023, he was an associate of Kyriakos Pierrakakis at the Ministry of Digital Governance.
Olympia Markellou is a lecturer at the Institute of Education of the National Center for Public Administration and Self-Government and has collaborated with many companies and organizations to provide specialized knowledge in administration systems management and control issues.
