Ms. Efrosyni Meleti fully meets all the criteria and conditions of the legislative and regulatory framework, particularly Article 15 of Law 4706/2020. She is employed full-time and exclusively, is personally and operationally independent, is not a member of the Company's Board of Directors or a member with voting rights in the Company's permanent committees, and has no ties to anyone holding any of the aforementioned positions in the Company or in any group company. Furthermore, she possesses the appropriate knowledge and relevant professional experience to undertake the above position.
Ms. Meleti has significant experience in internal auditing.
She has worked for many years at a major consulting firm, where she supervised audit teams for legal entities, both listed and non-listed. She has also attended numerous seminars and received relevant certifications.
