The act, with a budget of 451,235.03 euros, was inked by the Regional Governor of Attica G. Patoulis and co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), aims to prepare all the necessary studies, permits and approvals in order to complete the maturation process of project "2nd Primary School Porto Rafti" so that it is included for implementation in the next programming period "Attica 2021-2027".
The plot on which the school will be built is located in Ag. Marina region of DE Porto Rafti of Markopoulos Mesogaia Attica and is buildable in accordance with the applicable town planning provisions.
In further detail, the project is the preparation of all the required studies (Architectural, Structural, Electromechanical, etc.), the issuance of the required approvals in order to be able to issue a Building Permit from the Town Planning Office of the company "BUILDING INFRASTRUCTURE S.A." .
At the same time, the relevant provisions, instructions, etc. for the creation of a modern School Complex will be taken into account.
