The share capital of €6 million is divided into 600,000 shares, representing 100% ownership of the company, with the full amount contributed in cash by Emmanuela Vasilaki.
The newly established company will operate within the real estate sector, offering services such as leasing and property management, short-term rentals, long-term furnished apartment rentals without housekeeping, and a variety of other services as detailed in the corresponding NACE codes. Its headquarters will be located at 31 Viltanioti Street in Kifisia.
The company’s Board of Directors comprises three members: Emmanuela Vasilaki as Chairwoman and CEO, along with Eleni Krania and Georgios Koutsoukos as board members. With an initial capital of €6 million, the company is set to pursue ambitious goals for growth and expansion.
The Vasilaki family is renowned for its role in founding and growing Aegean Airlines, one of Greece’s largest carriers, as well as Autohellas, where Emmanuela Vasilaki also holds the position of Chairwoman.
