The plot spans in a total area of 5,410.69 sq.m. will result from the merge of two independent neighboring plots, property of the Holy Metropolis of Zakynthos.
The total cost for the transaction reaches up to €197,000 and will be covered by the budget of the national branch of the Public Investment Program of the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs.
