The project, developed by G&S&, part of VolkerWessels, consists of 268 apartments, an office building, commercial facilities, a courtyard garden and a parking garage. Altera Vastgoed NV (Altera) has acquired and will rent out 157 mid-rent apartments, 24 private sector rental apartments, 951m² of commercial space and 90 parking spaces.
The combined 181 rental properties range in size from 42m² to 125m². The project has a low EPC of 0.2 and includes 238 photovoltaic (PV) panels and a thermal energy storage system combined with district heating. Residents have access to a large communal roof garden on the roof of the car park (level +1).
The entire project, which covers approximately 32,500m² of floor space, consists of 268 apartments, an office building, various commercial spaces, a collective courtyard, a multi-storey car park with 142 parking spaces and facilities for bicycle parking.
