The property, spanning a total built up area of 9,830 sqm. had been fully leased even before its construction had begun. The total investment amounted to €8 million.

Noval Property has completed the construction of the modern logistics centre in Mandra, Attica, Greece which commenced in January 2023, and has handed it over to its tenant, namely Seagull Single Member S.A. Group of Companies (Seagull). The property boasting a large dry cargo storage capacity is an exceptional, innovative and environmentally sustainable Logistics Centre, which targets to be the first LEED GOLD certified logistics building in Greece.

Committed to its strategy, Noval Property designs and invests in first-class Logistics Centres that provide maximum storage volumes and are highly flexible in terms of both racking systems and material handling equipment while combining other factors such as high functionality, aesthetics, sustainable operation and low operating costs.

Regarding the project’s completion and delivery Jennie Mourousia, Noval Property’s Chief Investment Officer stated: “The successful and timely implementation of yet another environmentally sustainable development gives all of us at Noval Property every reason to be proud. Due to the current extremely high demand for up-to-date, high-functioning logistics and the low stock of environmentally certified properties in this property category, this logistics centre was leased even before construction on it began. We, for our part, will continue to proceed with innovative developments, guided by our strategic priority, that is continuing to develop environmentally sustainable, modern and high standards in commercial real estate”.
