As stated in a related announcement, the firm proceeded with the acquisition of a plot of land with an area of 10,311.00 square meters for a price of €45,000.
This is the second real estate purchase in the aforementioned location following the publication of the Company’s Merger Agreement Draft on August 9, 2024.
The newly acquired plots are located within the specific land zone of the Company, covering a total area of approximately 600 acres. They are adjacent to and contiguous with other plots owned by the Company, thus ideally complementing the broader real estate portfolio and enhancing the unified character of the land for future agritourism development, in accordance with the Company’s business plan and objectives.
