According to L.3556/2007 as in force, DIMAND Societe Anonyme – Development and Exploitation of Real Estate and Constructions, Services and Holding disclosed that a notification was received on 01.02.2023 by the shareholder Mr. P. Panayiotides, regarding the disposal of voting rights on January 31, 2023.

Specifically: Number of shares and voting rights prior to the previous transaction notification: 1,178,404, thus 6.308% of the total voting rights of the Company. 

Number of shares and voting rights after the last transaction: 478,404 shares and voting rights, thus a percentage of 2.561% of the total voting rights of the Company
