Pancreta Bank in talks with the Cooperative Bank of Central Macedonia for possible merger

Pancreta Bank has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation with the "Cooperative Bank of Central Macedonia" Cooperative Bank of Serres.

The purpose is to investigate any chances of merger by absorption among the two entities or in any other way deemed suitable.

According to the announcement, the parties will negotiate and make every effort to reach a binding agreement by 31.1.2023.
