The application referes to the securitization of Piraeus Bank loans with the code name "Sunrise III", with a total accounting value of 506 million euros, in order to provide the guarantee of the Greek State, in accordance with Law 4649/2019, to the bonds with a high repayment priority, worth 200 million euros.
It was preceded by the participation in the program by Piraeus of "Sunrise II", amounting to 2.6 billion euros.
After the submission of the application by Piraeus Bank, the total number of submitted applications for inclusion in the "Heracles II" program reaches six.
