With this move, Polygreen expands its services provided, in the field of logistics, with infrastructures that include waste collection and transport facilities and equipment. The acquisition in question is the company's second major investment move for 2022, after the acquisition of Vassilakopoulos Recycling S.A. last March.
Specifically, with the acquisition of PERME Hellas, Polygreen acquires a fleet of approximately 70 collection vehicles, over 800 temporary storage bins and 4 privately owned waste management facilities.
At the same time, it enriches its human resources with over 200 employees, with expertise and know-how in the field of waste management.
Finally, it maintains the partnership portfolio of PERME Hellas, which includes contracts with alternative recycling systems.
