PREMIA Real Estate Investment Company (REIC) announced that the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) has approved Optima Bank S.A., a member of the Exchange, as the Designated Market Maker for the company's shares. The market making activity is set to commence on Wednesday, July 16, 2025.
In accordance with ATHEX regulations, PREMIA REIC has entered into a Market Making Agreement with Optima Bank S.A., under the following principal terms:

Optima Bank S.A. will quote simultaneous bid and ask prices for PREMIA REIC shares on its own proprietary trading account via the ATHEX trading system, thereby contributing to improved liquidity and tighter spreads.

PREMIA REIC will compensate Optima Bank for the provision of market making services.

The agreement will remain in effect for a period of one (1) year.
This initiative is aligned with PREMIA REIC’s objective to enhance market depth, increase investor participation, and improve the price discovery mechanism for its equity securities.
