The new store is expected to operate in June 2023 and Premia has entered into a 10-years
lease agreement with Pepco.
The retail store will be located at 76, Lavriou Avenue in Paiana, Attica.
The property is located at a strategic point, where currently an AB Vassilopoulos supermarket is operating on the ground floor. It is being extended on a land plot of 4,557 sq.m., with a leased area of 1,486 sq.m. and outdoor parking spaces.
The new 555 sq.m. store will be developed on the 1st floor, above the supermarket, and will be independently accessed.
Kostas Markazos, CEO of Premia Properties, stated:
